The project of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia with the support of the World Bank aims to improve the accessibility, quality and fairness of pre-school education, especially for children from vulnerable social groups.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of the City Administration for Education, the Office for Roma Affairs, Preschool Institutions in Kragujevac, as well as all relevant Local Institutions (School Administration Kragujevac, Social work Center of the city, Preventive Center of the Health Center, Red Cross) and civil society organizations.

In the context of the defined objectives of the ECEC project, the national coordinator of REYN Serbia emphasized the importance and the expectation that this project initiative should be systemic mechanisms in order to make pre-school education available to Roma children of the early age.
